Group Personal Training
If you are looking for a way to break out of your boring and repetitive gym routine then SASS Fit group training is perfect for you! SASS Fit is more than a traditional bootcamp; my girls do strength training which includes HIIT workouts, TRX exercises, kettlebell circuits, core training for back pain, and much more. All exercises are designed to help bring out your natural curves and create a shapely, toned physique all while making you stronger!
SASS Fit class is done in small groups of no more than 12 women. The small group setting is great for motivating one another but it still gives you the feeling of one-on-one personal training. Although you are working in a group, each exercise can be modified to fit YOUR personal level of fitness.
SASS Fit provides a fun twist on traditional bootcamps, leaving you with the motivation to reach your fitness goals and to bring out the “Self Assured Sexy Sister” in you!
